🔄 Returns

• You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear, digital products).

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

🔄 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

• If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at shop@modemorehub.com within 7 days. Please include:

• Order number 📦

• Photos of the product & packaging 📸

🌍 International Orders

• International returns are accepted, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Customs duties & taxes are non-refundable.
